Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI and UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, web design, and product design, with at least 3 years. The role demands great proficiency in understanding the brand and designing UX and UI based on the same along with a proven track record of creating engaging, innovative, and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to understand and create strategic results-driven moodboards.
- Analyze client needs and industry trends for deep insights and tailored design solutions.
- Research the client’s industry and competition to inform design decisions.
- Lead design from concept to execution, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly outcome.
- Work closely with the team to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, specifically with Web Design.
- Expertise in Figma is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and web standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate design rationale.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
